British Berry Ice Lollies

Cool down this summer with these delicious and healthy fruit yoghurt lollies!

Equipment

  • Blender/smoothie maker
  • Ice lolly mould

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Raspberries/Blueberries/Cherries
  • 50 grams Water
  • 100 grams Greek Style yoghurt (or vegan alternative)
  • 10 grams Maple Syrup (adjust as needed) optional

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend!
  • Once all fully mixed together, use a sieve to remove any seeds or pulp.
  • Taste the mix and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Use a jug to fill the ice lolly mould all the way to the top making sure to leave a 2mm gap.
  • Place the lid on top and insert the lolly sticks. Put in the freezer overnight until completely frozen
  • Remove from the mould when ready to eat and enjoy!
