125gramsCaster Sugar
125gramsLight Brown Sugar
2 Eggsmedium
1tsp Vanilla Extract
260gramsPlain Flour
15gramsCornflour
200gramsWhite Chocolate
150gramsBiscoff Spread
150gramsBiscoff Biscuits
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius. Line a square 8" baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl or in a free standing mixer, mixed together the melted butter and sugars and beat until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla and continue to beat until smooth.
Add the flour and cornflour and mix until a thick mixture is formed.
Add the white chocolate chips to the mixture and fold through.
Pour the blondie mixture into the prepared tin, place spoonfuls of the biscoff spread around the blondie and use a knife to swirl into the blondie. Place whole biscoff biscuits on top of the blondie, and then place in the oven and bake for 30-35 mins until the blondie is golden brown and the skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs on it.
Leave to cool completely then cut into 12 squares! Enjoy!!
