Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius. Then line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Melt the coconut oil, until completely liquid. You can either melt in a microwave or in a pan.
In a bowl, mix the oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, orange zest and cacao powder until fully combined and incorporated.
Pour this mixture in the prepared baking tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Once the 10 minutes has finished, add the hazelnuts to the granola, stir the granola to ensure an even bake and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Leave to cool completely in the tray, then decant into an airtight container for you to enjoy!

If stored in an airtight container, this granola can last up to a month.
